Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a detail‑oriented Graduate Admissions Processing Specialist to support the graduate admissions lifecycle across university systems. You will manage applicant records, verify documents, and communicate with applicants to ensure timely, accurate processing.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree and 3+ years working with enterprise systems, databases, and FERPA‑compliant record handling, with strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal

Qualifications

Requires an Associate's degree and 3+ years in enterprise system environments.
Experience with databases and data integrity across university systems.
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor admissions email and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Enter and maintain applicant records across Banner, TargetX, and BusinessCAS.
Coordinate loading of documents from CAS and process incoming files.
Review transcripts and determine eligibility and GPA calculations.
Verify English proficiency and international applicant requirements.
Maintain FERPA-compliant handling of student records.
Follow up on missing materials and communicate status.
