Job summary

The Siebel School of Computing and Data Science at the Grainger College of Engineering seeks an Admissions and Records Associate to coordinate graduate admissions and records in a fast-paced office. You will work with faculty, program staff, and campus partners to manage processes and ensure accurate, timely decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in admissions, records, or higher education operations; supervisory responsibilities and potential for a Master's degree

Qualifications

• Knowledge of admissions, records, and registration procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience supervising professional staff is a plus.
• Wamiliarity with language requirements for international applicants is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow of CS MS and PhD admissions cycles with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate admissions applications and prepare information for decision making.
• Serve as liaison for the CS Graduate Admissions Committee and faculty.
• Support recruitment, marketing, and events for prospective students.
• Supervise Admissions and Records Coordinator/Officer and mentor staff.
