Job summary

Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking an Application Processing Support to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support for graduate admissions processing.

The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant review, processing, and maintenance of applicant data and supporting documentation throughout the admissions lifecycle. The position serves as a primary contact for prospective students, manages application workflows across institutional systems, and supports integrity of admissions

Qualifications

• 2–3 sentences describing must-have experience with enterprise systems and databases.
• Experience working with student information systems and related workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor admissions email and respond to inquiries.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records across Banner, TargetX, and CAS systems.
• Coordinate loading of application documents and manage processing workflows.
• Navigate applicant records, statuses, checklists, and related records.
• Verify international applicant requirements and eligibility.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants via phone, email, and in-person.
• Review and process applications and supporting materials, following up for missing items.
• Proofread data for conformance with standards and file accordingly.
