Job summary

Bay Path University is seeking an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions who will lead recruitment and enrollment of qualified graduate students across programs. Reporting to the Director, you will represent the university at events, manage inquiries, and guide applicants through the admission process with a high level of customer service.

You will develop recruitment strategies, use outreach channels, and collaborate with faculty, alumni, and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales/marketing recruitment in a college setting or higher education.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and enroll qualified graduate students for all assigned programs.
• Represent Bay Path University at college fairs, conferences and events to network with prospective students.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies through events, referrals, and outreach to organizations.
• Utilize Salesforce to track inquiries and applicants through the enrollment pipeline.
• Instruct prospective applicants on admissions requirements and prerequisites.
• Complete application review and route to program directors or faculty.
