Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years in graduate admission, marketing, recruiting, or sales.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong data reporting skills to identify trends.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to Mail Merge.

Responsibilities

• Implement the conversion process for graduate programs via multiple channels.
• Meet enrollment goals through consultative sales strategies.
• Promote Babson’s graduate programs through presentations and recruitment travel.
• Manage the prospect funnel from inquiry to enrollment.
• Interview and counsel prospective students and review applications.
• Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruiting events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support recruitment activities.
