Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, higher education or related field.
• Two years relevant work experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment, sales, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to travel extensively, including domestic and international travel.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment strategies to support enrollment goals across assigned graduate program portfolios.
• Represent the School of Management at recruitment events, fairs, partner institutions, and professional conferences, both domestically and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, agents, alumni, and partners.
• Provide personalized admissions advising through meetings, phone calls, and follow-up outreach.
• Support campus visits, recruitment events, and admitted student yield initiatives.
• Manage prospect and applicant activity within Slate, ensuring accurate tracking, timely communication, and consistent follow-up.
• Develop and oversee a graduate student ambassador program to enhance recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Analyze recruitment trends and contribute insights to improve strategy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including faculty, marketing, and student services, to support recruitment and enrollment initiatives.
