Job summary

Assumption University in Worcester, MA seeks a Director of Graduate Admissions to provide strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of recruitment, admission, and enrollment for graduate programs in Psychology, Business, Education, and Healthcare.

You will lead a two-person enrollment team, partner with Marketing, and drive data-driven strategies using Slate CRM to optimize pipelines and accelerate regional recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive higher education admissions experience, with a proven track record of meeting growth and revenue KPIs.
• Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Slate CRM and other critical enrollment technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience directly managing or supervising professional staff.
• Experience working closely with marketing teams and faculty in Psychology, Business, Education, or Healthcare.
• Ability to perform occasional travel for regional recruitment and work select evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to recruit, admit, and enroll graduate students.
• Lead a two-person graduate enrollment team with coaching and performance evaluations.
• Utilize Slate CRM to configure applicant workflows, build communication tracks, and run data management strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and fund high-impact digital recruitment campaigns for professional programs.
• Meet enrollment and revenue targets and report progress to university leadership.
