Job summary

Belmont University seeks a Director of Graduate Recruitment & Admissions to lead enrollment management for Massey College of Business graduate programs, including MBA tracks and MS in Applied Analytics. You will partner with academic leadership to shape recruitment, admissions criteria, and yield strategies while guiding the applicant journey from inquiry to enrollment.

The role requires collaboration across departments, data-driven decision making, and experience with graduate admissions

Qualifications

Master's degree required, preferably in Business.
1-3 years admissions/recruitment experience in higher education is required, preferably at the graduate level.
Background check and compliance with applicable policies will be completed.

Responsibilities

Lead graduate enrollment management for all Massey College of Business programs, including MBA and MS programs.
Develop and execute recruitment, admissions, and yield strategies to meet enrollment objectives.
Oversee admissions operations, application review, and scholarship coordination with Enrollment Services.
Monitor enrollment funnel data and generate reports to guide strategy and process improvements.
Supervise Graduate Assistants and student workers, ensuring timely, high-quality work.
