Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong academic background.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibility in admissions, sales, customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to improve enrollment.
• Oversee Undergraduate Admissions Counselors and Graduate Admissions Specialist.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with Student Engagement Office, Residence Life and Athletics.
• Develop and implement undergraduate recruitment plan to grow enrollment.
• Travel up to 75% during peak recruitment months (Sept, Oct, Mar, Apr).
• Maintain admissions standards aligned with university goals.
• Collaborate across departments to move students toward enrollment.
