Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando, FL, seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for the Grab n' Go outlet. You will lead staffing, training, inventory audits, and daily operations to deliver a quality product and guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with hotel departments, manage schedules, forecast needs, and uphold Loews standards of service. Strong leadership, organization, and English communication are essential; experience in high-volume food and beverage is preferred.

Qualificações

• Two to five years progressive food & beverage leadership experience.
• Knowledge of beverage selection including wine, beer and liquor preferred.
• Proficient with POS software and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests and ensures total guest satisfaction.
• Oversees staff and operation with organization, cleanliness and supplies.
• Provides floor coverage as needed.
• Coordinates with hotel departments and delegates tasks.
• Staffs outlets for staff and management based on needs.
• Plans 30/60/90 day forecast, yearly budget, and staffing.
• Controls product quality, service quality, payroll and costs.
• Trains or supervise training of department employees.
• Inventory audits as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
