Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando is seeking a Storeroom Manager to oversee storage, inventory, and receiving operations across hotel departments. You will lead a team, ensure accurate documentation, maintain stock levels, and enforce food safety standards to minimize waste and ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years supervisory experience in hospitality storeroom or procurement, knowledge of meat/produce/grocery specs, and proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hotel procurement or storeroom management.
• Thorough knowledge of meat/produce/grocery specifications and standard grading.
• Experience with inventory control software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and forklift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Leads receiving and storeroom activities and team to ensure adherence to procedures; receipts materials per purchase orders and secures stored items.
• Ensures accurate, timely completion of computerized receiving reports and transmitting receiving documentation.
• Records and reports discrepancies to facilitate credits, replacements, or returns.
• Maintains organized purchase order and receiving documentation files.
• Oversees proper storage of materials; refrigerates perishables and rotates stock to prevent loss.
• Ensures requisition procedures are followed for all materials leaving storeroom.
• Ensures prices are indicated on requisitions and maintains liquor storeroom inventory.
• Monitors par levels and places requisitions when levels reach reorder point.
• Ensures storeroom cleanliness and adherence to food safety sanitation requirements.
• Conducts daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories; coordinates shipping/receiving via common carrier.
