Rackspace Technology seeks an exceptional finance executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer for the GPU‑as‑a‑Service (GPUaaS) business. This leader will partner with the GPUaaS GM and Rackspace CFO to build a scalable financial model, oversee capital allocation, and drive disciplined investment decisions.

The CFO will own planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management, shaping pricing and partnerships to accelerate growth while maintaining profitability and investor value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive finance leadership experience in high-growth tech/cloud/infrastructure businesses.
• Expertise in capital allocation, financial planning, pricing strategy, and business performance management.
• Strong track record evaluating data center economics and large-scale capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior financial partner to the GM/BU leader for the GPUaaS segment.
• Define the financial operating model to support launch, scale, and long-term value creation.
• Lead annual planning, long-range forecasting, and scenario analyses for growth and investment decisions.
• Balance growth with profitability and capital efficiency across the business.
• Build and lead a finance team to support scaling and performance reviews.
