Job summary

Intellipro seeks a Solutions Architect (GPU / Neocloud / Data Center) to serve as a critical technical liaison for the US BD and Enterprise Sales teams. You will provide pre-sales technical support, post-sales enablement, and rapid-response troubleshooting to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure customer success.

This hybrid, full-time role in Palo Alto, CA requires 3+ years in technical or sales-engineering roles, strong cloud infra knowledge, and excellent communication skills to engage both

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical support, sales engineering support, or cloud operations role within a cloud provider, data center, or SaaS company.
• Strong foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts: virtual machines, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, networking (VPC, load balancers), and Linux/CLI.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills and methodical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk) and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of technical response for inbound inquiries from prospects generated by the BD team.
• Prepare demo environments, test PoC configurations, and gather initial logs or diagnostics for complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and quick-start documentation for BD use cases.
• Manage technical onboarding for new Enterprise customers and provide tier-2 support during pilots.
• Collaborate with Support to document recurring technical issues impacting satisfaction or expansion potential.
• Attend strategic sales meetings to provide real-time technical clarification on capabilities and integration paths.
• Document and reproduce bugs or platform issues for escalation.
