Job summary

Nebius seeks a Key Customers Solutions Architect to support our GPU Cloud services customers. You will be a trusted technical advisor, helping clients design, deploy, and scale AI solutions while managing large-scale GPU workloads involving hundreds to thousands of GPUs.

You’ll collaborate with sales and product teams to drive growth, deliver technical presentations, and ensure alignment with customer requirements. Remote work from the United States or Canada is welcome.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Solutions Architect or similar with hands-on cloud and AI/ML workloads.
• Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-centric with proven ability to build trust and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML workloads.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
• Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and deliver technical presentations.
• Bridge to product teams, relay feedback, and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and drive alignment to address challenges.
