Job summary

Intellipro is seeking a Solutions Architect (GPU / Neocloud / Data Center) to support the USA BD and Enterprise Sales teams. You will provide pre-sales technical support, post-sales enablement, and rapid-response troubleshooting to accelerate the sales cycle and ensure customer success.

Based in Palo Alto on a hybrid schedule, this full-time role requires strong cloud, AI workloads exposure, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, sales engineering support, or cloud operations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure: virtual machines, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, networking (VPC, load balancers), and Linux.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk) and CRM platforms.
• Bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of technical response for inbound inquiries from prospects.
• Prepare demo environments, test PoC configurations, and gather initial logs or diagnostics.
• Manage the technical onboarding process for new Enterprise customers, ensuring smooth access and provisioning.
• Provide tier-2 technical support for key accounts during pilot or initial implementation.
• Collaborate with Support to document and escalate recurring issues.
