Job summary

Highrise AI, a GPU-native infrastructure platform, is seeking a Tier 2 support engineer in the United States. You will troubleshoot Linux servers, GPU systems, and storage services, own incidents from detection to resolution, and work with NOC, SRE, and on-site technicians to sustain high uptime.

You will maintain runbooks, automate repeatable tasks, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 with clear diagnostics to improve reliability and performance of AI workloads.
