Highrise AI seeks a senior, hands‑on AI Cluster Integration Engineer to bring large‑scale GPU compute clusters from physical installation to validated, commercially ready production. Working with senior infrastructure engineers, this role owns cluster bring‑up, bare‑metal provisioning, advanced system configuration, performance optimization, and acceptance testing.

After deployment, the engineer provides Tier 3 escalation and sustained performance support for clusters, focusing on compute

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on Linux systems engineering, HPC, or large-scale infrastructure.
Proven experience bringing GPU/HPC clusters into production with performance targets.
Strong Python/Bash/Ansible scripting and automation skills.

Responsabilités

Lead bring-up of GPU compute clusters from installation to production readiness.
Configure and optimize bare-metal provisioning, imaging, and node setup at scale.
Validate BIOS, firmware, drivers, and cluster software stacks for performance.
Integrate Kubernetes and Slurm; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Perform Tier 3 incident support and drive continuous improvement.
