Qualifications

• 2+ years of data center, server, or IT infrastructure experience.
• Experience troubleshooting server hardware and enterprise infrastructure.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and VLANs.
• Familiarity with RAID configurations and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, stack, and cable servers and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware components and perform diagnostics.
• Assist with Linux server installations and troubleshooting.
• Provide remote hands support for engineers and customers.
• Maintain inventory records and manage asset processing.
• Create documentation and identify process improvements.
