Job summary

Cirrascale Corporation is looking for a Deployment Technician to join its Engineering Department. The role involves deploying high-performance servers and working independently to rack, cable, configure, and deploy GPU clusters. Strong Linux and networking skills are essential, along with the ability to travel for deployments.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in data center operations and a deep understanding of server architecture. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of PCIe topology and thermal dynamics.
• Ability to troubleshoot OS-level boot failures.

Responsibilities

• Unbox, rack, stack, and secure servers in the data center.
• Route and connect complex cabling topologies.
• Perform initial hardware configurations and prepare nodes for network booting.

Skills

Hands-on experience in data center operations

Understanding of enterprise server architecture

Troubleshooting (CPUs, RAM, GPUs)

TCP/IP networking fundamentals
