This role involves deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting server and networking infrastructure within a dynamic data center environment. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to mentor Level 1 technicians are essential.

Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in the IT field, particularly in server hardware and Linux environments. The position includes a Monday to Friday afternoon shift, and extra responsibilities may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data center or IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networks and VLANs.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain servers and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Assist with Linux server installations and configurations.
• Perform on-site support for remote engineers and customers.
• Maintain accurate asset records and documentation.
