Job summary

PaleBlueDot AI seeks a results-focused Technical Support / Sales Engineering professional to join our USA-based BD and Enterprise Sales teams. You will enable pre-sales demonstrations, assist post-sales onboarding, and troubleshoot to prevent blockers for strategic customers.

You will build demo environments, create FAQs, accompany the BD team in strategic meetings, triage high-priority tickets, and articulate customer pain points to engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, sales engineering support, or cloud operations within a cloud provider, data center, or SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts: VMs, containers (Docker), Kubernetes, networking (VPC, load balancers), and Linux/CLI.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven problem-solving skills and methodical troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of technical response for inbound inquiries from BD prospects.
• Conduct initial technical qualification calls to map requirements to PaleBlueDot AI capabilities.
• Support Solutions Architects by preparing demo environments and PoC configurations; gather logs for complex issues.
• Create and maintain technical FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and quick-start docs for BD use cases.
• Manage technical onboarding for new Enterprise customers and provisioning access.
• Provide tier-2 technical support for key accounts during pilot or initial implementation.
• Collaborate with Support to document recurring issues impacting satisfaction or expansion.
