Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Technology Solutions Expert to support the sales process by demonstrating the advantages of Komatsu technology to internal and external customers. This role focuses on grade control, GPS integration, and training during the sales cycle, with ongoing support after the sale.

The candidate will coordinate demonstrations, communicate with GPS manufacturers, manage inventory, and assist customers with installation and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to learn heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of precision GPS products.
• Basic understanding of computer networks and software.
• General land/construction surveying knowledge.
• Ability to utilize surveying equipment.
• Strong construction knowledge and experience.
• Geospatial surveying experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grade control demonstrations with the sales force.
• Demonstrate the value of technology to customers.
• Communicate with the GPS manufacturer.
• Provide product support and training during the sales process.
• Continue support and training after the sale.
• Manage machine control product inventory.
• Manage grade control sales and rental activities.
• Provide basic technology troubleshooting to technicians.
• Facilitate communication between customer, Komatsu, and local Topcon dealer.
• Other responsibilities as requested by manager.
