Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks a Government Digital Transformation Client Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs across cross-functional teams. You will drive initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure with a focus on governance, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or Public Administration, required.
• Five or more years of project management experience, required.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, required.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, required.
• Experience supporting government services, healthcare, commercial, or regulated-industry projects, required.
• Experience managing technology implementation projects, required.
• Experience leading vendor-managed projects, required.
• PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP or comparable Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
