Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor for systems integrators, startups, and GovTech customers. You will architect Claude integrations, develop evals, and design scalable architectures for enterprise deployment, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, security clearance, and strong communication skills to translate needs into actionable AI solutions while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• Strong technical communication skills to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery to deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into customer stacks.
