Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen solely.
• Federal Government/DoD experience.
• Travel and Expense (T&E) systems experience; SAP Concur preferred.
• Functional Consulting: system implementation, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience in Agile team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Translate agency needs into functional specs, service design artifacts, and T&E configurations.
• Coordinate testing, integrations, defect resolution, and overall QA across the system.
• Support post-go-live stabilization and user experience improvements.
• Analyze data to create visual insights for project decisions.
