Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to support federal, state and local agencies in program and project management. You will work within our Transformation Risk Team to drive improvements across scope, time, cost, quality, and resources, delivering measurable results for government clients.

The role offers a hybrid model with opportunities for growth, training, and leadership development across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a business-related field with at least two years of consulting or relevant industry experience
• At least one year of experience leading teams on engagements
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance management frameworks
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and client relationship building
• Familiarity with PM software such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (up to 80% in some practices)

• Participating in and leading client engagements within government programs
• Collecting and analyzing data to develop innovative recommendations
• Delivering quality client services and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
• Applying EY project management methodologies across projects
