Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals to help federal, state and local agencies manage programs and projects within the Transformation Risk Team. You will work with government clients to support and improve PM operations—scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk and procurement—while applying PM methodologies.

You will engage in team leadership, data analysis, and development of innovative recommendations, with access to training programs and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related business field plus consulting or industry experience
• Experience leading teams on engagements
• Knowledge of process improvement and performance measurement
• Experience with PM software like Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in certain practices

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead collaborative client project engagements
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations for organizational improvements
• Deliver quality client services and establish relationships with stakeholders
• Communicate improvements from EY's portfolio management and project management methodologies
• Develop people through leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff
• Support people-related initiatives through competency branding
