Job summary

EY US is seeking qualified professionals for their Transformation Risk Team to help government agencies manage programs and projects with a focus on program management, scope, time, cost, and quality. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, participate in training, and mentor staff while delivering measurable client outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of consulting or relevant experience, plus willingness to travel up to 80% depending on practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or business-related field.
• Proven experience in consulting or relevant industry
• Experience leading teams on engagements

Responsibilities

• Participating in and leading a collaborative teamwork environment with dynamic client project engagements
• Collect and analyze data to develop innovative recommendations and methodologies for organizational, process and technology improvements
• Deliver quality client services and establish enduring relationships with key stakeholders and client personnel
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to clients’ businesses
• Communicate improvements from EY US’ portfolio management, PM and project management methodologies
• Develop people through effective leadership and mentoring at all staff levels
