You will manage communication with candidates and leaders, ensuring smooth scheduling and a strong candidate experience while aligning talent pipelines with government succession priorities and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of government recruiting experience or similar.
• Strong sourcing, networking, screening, negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end government recruitment and deliver results for stakeholders.
