Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, government programs, or high-volume hiring environments.
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with Boolean searches and proactive talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding coordination.
• Support high-volume government hiring for Acceptance Facilities and Processing Centers.
• Conduct screenings, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain regular communication.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and meeting deadlines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for ongoing needs.
• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Leverage ATS, candidate databases, and recruitment marketing tools to maximize efficiency.
• Build talent communities and creative sourcing solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
