Digital Prospectors Corp in Exeter, NH is seeking a Government Services Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle across engineering, IT, science, and admin roles for government clients. You will source, screen, interview prep, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth start, building partnerships with Account Executives and maintaining candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current staffing agency recruiting experience in a commission-based environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, scientific, professional, or business support roles.
• Personable, optimistic, and fearless in engaging with new people.
• GRIT – passion and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
• Enjoy working in a competitive, metrics-based organization with public recognition for achievements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting process, from sourcing and screening through interview preparation, offer negotiation, and successful start.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, our candidate database, and industry tools.
• Become a trusted staffing partner by sharing opportunities, interview prep, resume guidance, and industry insights with candidates.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify job requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and understand required skills and security clearance or client requirements.
• Provide consistent communication and feedback throughout the hiring process and support consultants post-placement.
• Ask thoughtful qualifying questions and adapt sourcing strategies across disciplines.
• Meet established recruiting activity, candidate quality, and placement goals; manage multiple searches.
