Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management group seeks a Government Property Supervisor to support the Government Property Manager with audits and compliance across the site. You will coach, guide, and support all functions, and help set objectives, plans, and resources to meet requirements and assignments.

Key duties include ensuring resource availability for project demands, supervising staff, and contributing to budgeting and scheduling activities.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship.
• Requires Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in Government Property/Government assets or related field; or high school diploma with 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards and related regulations.
• Maintain 100% audit readiness across operations and compliance.
• Develop and operate self-assessments aligned to Government Property Management Outcomes including FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
• Supervise staff, delegate tasks, train, evaluate, and coach to meet milestones.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning and reporting.
