Job summary

KBR is seeking a Government Property Supervisor to support audits and compliance across Government Property standards. You will coach, guide, and support site-level teams, set objectives, plan work, and ensure resources meet requirements. The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

The position offers hybrid/remote work arrangements and opportunities to influence government property management practices within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR high school diploma with 8+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team or personnel.
• Proficiency with FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with or oversee Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes outlined in FAR, especially FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
• Supervise staff by delegating work, training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting to align with objectives.
• Set unit objectives, develop work plans, and ensure resource availability to meet requirements.
• Create and compile metrics/reports using Visual Management; analyze data to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
