Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Government property management and asset tracking at an on-site Aero site. You will deploy property procedures to ensure compliance with FAR and contract requirements and assist with audits, data collection, and reporting.

The role emphasizes working with government and customer asset management teams, maintaining compliance, and supporting cross-functional groups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with asset tracking databases (SAP, eQuip, PIEE).
• Strong PC skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support DCMA audits and Self-Assessment requirements per FAR 45 & 52.245-1.
• Assist with Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules.
• Engage with government and customer asset management communities.
• Support corrective action plans and data collection for metrics.
• Maintain property compliance practices and cross-functional collaboration.
