Job summary

KBR is seeking a Government Property Site Manager to lead government material and asset management from acquisition to disposition. You will oversee property and stockrooms, support audits, and ensure compliance with government property standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 12 years of related experience. The position is full-time and based in Torrance, CA, with strong emphasis on governance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of directly related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years of related experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience with SAP and/or other ERP/Asset Management systems.
• Proficient in developing reports through MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative/operational oversight of a government services project within program guidelines.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, planning, reporting and P&L for a business segment.
• Manage Material Stockrooms, Supply Stockrooms, Tool Cribs and related personnel.
• Apply knowledge of Aerospace Administrative, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain functions.
• Maintain government property standards and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 45 and 52.245-1 and company policies.
• Provide coaching and direction across site functions and staff.
• Develop metrics and reports using visual management techniques.
