Job summary

KBR’s Global Asset Management group seeks a Government Property Site Manager to lead end-to-end management of government material and assets, from acquisition to disposition, including supporting audits and ensuring compliance with government property regulations.

You will oversee stockrooms, property custodians, and a versatile team handling government and customer-owned property, while maintaining adherence to contract requirements and program guidelines.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years related experience; alternative: HS diploma with 12 years experience.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and asset management systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/operational leadership for the government services project.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, planning and reporting within the program guidelines.
• Manage Material Stockrooms, Supply Stockrooms, Tool Cribs and government/customer properties.
• Ensure compliance with FAR 45 and 52.245-1 and government property procedures.
• Develop metrics and reports using Visual Management techniques.
