KBR, Inc. is seeking a Government Property Supervisor to support the Government Property Manager through the full lifecycle of property management, from acquisition to disposition. The role includes audits, ensuring compliance with property standards, and coaching across sites to meet contractual requirements.

You will develop work plans, manage resources, and ensure proper positioning of personnel to fulfil operational needs while aligning with DCMA and customer requirements.

Qualificações

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or HS diploma with 8+ years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure adherence to FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.
• Lead or support Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes in FAR 45 and FAR 52.245-1.
• Supervise staff, including assigning duties, training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Participate in budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting to support goals.
• Develop unit objectives, work plans, and resource schedules.
• Create and analyze metrics and reporting using Visual Management for process improvements.
• Apply broad knowledge within Aerospace Administrative, Engineering, and Integrated Supply Chain.
• Maintain site Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment Reporting, including Financial Reporting per the Contract.
• Conduct Property Coordinator Meetings and Training to Staff and Cross Functional Groups.
