Job summary

KBR is seeking a Government Property Supervisor in Clearwater, FL to support the Government Property Manager through the full lifecycle of property management, including acquisition and disposition. You will help with audits, ensure compliance with capital assets and U.S.

Government property, and coach staff across the site. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, planning, and reporting, maintaining site Government Property standards, and coordinating training with cross-functional

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or HS diploma with 8+ years.
• Minimum 3 years of team or personnel management experience.
• Proficiency in FAR 52.245-1 Government Property standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Government Property standards and FAR compliance.
• Lead or support audits and Self-Assessments of Government Property outcomes.
• Supervise staff, including training, evaluations and coaching.
• Assist budgeting, scheduling, planning and reporting to meet goals.
• Develop objectives and resource schedules to meet requirements.
• Create metrics and reporting to support process improvements.
