Job summary

SEACORP in Middletown, RI is seeking an Inventory Management Analyst to support the Government Property Management program within the Contracts Department, handling inventory records and audits. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and ongoing system administration.

You will learn and apply FAR/DFARS rules for government property, ensure proper custodianship of assets, and assist with purchasing and receiving as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills in a team program environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with PIEE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of SEACORP’s Government Property Management program.
• Execute inventory management and physical audit functions company-wide.
• Support implementation and administration of the Property Management System.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Purchasing, Accounting and Technical teams to maintain accurate records.
• Conduct physical inventories and provide purchasing/receiving support as needed.
