Pratt & Whitney seeks a FIAR & Inventory Compliance Specialist to ensure government property accountability and audit readiness across CONUS/OCONUS locations. You will manage asset records, perform data analysis, and drive corrective actions with cross‑functional teams.

Strong background in FIAR, SAP, and DoD requirements is essential, with a focus on improving internal controls and inventory visibility for enterprise operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in inventory/logistics or government property management; or 3 years with advanced degree.
• Experience supporting FIAR, audit readiness, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and FIAR compliance across CONUS/OCONUS.
• Analyze SAP/SEAL data to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare FIAR performance and inventory reports for stakeholders.
• Support Government Property Management and asset accountability requirements.
• Collaborate with Fleet Managers, PSPs, and warehouse teams to improve controls.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance visibility and reduce risk.
