IQVIA is hiring a Government Pricing Operations Analyst for our Contract Performance Solutions (CPS) Team. This position reports to the Director, CPS Government Pricing Operations. The role involves supporting government pricing services for our life sciences and medical device clients, ensuring timely delivery of services on a monthly and quarterly basis. The position is fully remote.

Education & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or finance-related field
• Knowledge of US pharmaceutical government program legislation and requirements (CMS, Public Law, Federal Supply Schedule, Medicaid, Medicare, PHS/340B, State programs)
• Experience with enrollment, registration, and contract procedures for these programs
• Experience in developing and documenting pharmaceutical government pricing policies and SOPs
• Knowledge of GP calculations (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, IFF, PHS/340B ceiling prices, State program pricing) and requirements definition, UAT, and implementation
• Understanding of bundling, discount reallocation, price protection, and their calculation impacts
• Proficiency in data validation, troubleshooting, and ledger reconciliation from multiple sources
• Skills in trend analysis, variance documentation, and monitoring State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR) requirements
• Self-starter with initiative
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Willingness to travel (~5-10%)
• Management experience preferred
• Must reside in the same country as the job location

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver all government pricing calculations (AMP, BP, URA, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, IFF, PHS/340B ceiling prices, State program prices) in accordance with SLAs
• Ensure compliance with client policies and SOPs
• Collaborate across teams, including MA Center of Excellence and CPS

Additional Beneficial Skills:

• Experience with SQL or similar data tools
• CPA certification
• Experience with Model N/Revitas systems
