An established industry player is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their dynamic Bids & Proposals team. The Pricing Analyst will operate as a member of the Bids & Proposals team and be responsible for building, maintaining, and operating pricing models and narratives in response to RFPs, Task Order Requests, and Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity opportunities. This role will operate in a fast-paced proposal environment and work closely with the Senior Director of Pricing, Chief Delivery Officer, and proposal team members developing price proposals while ensuring compliance with requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Director of Strategic Pricing to ensure competitive pricing positions.
Develop solutions that are the Basis of Estimate for Pricing activities.
Prepare cost/price volumes, ensuring they adhere to RFP requirements, the company's estimating system, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Build, maintain, & run standard pricing models; confirming accuracy of cost, price, margin, and other relevant metrics.
Build and populate customer submission pricing exhibits.
Create compliant cost volume outlines and provide guidance to contributors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of Government contracting experience, including knowledge of and experience developing price proposals for various contract types.
Must have strong working knowledge of evaluating and understanding RFPs, developing cost/price models, summarizing relevant metrics, and supporting strategic pricing discussions.
Proficient in MS Office Suite of tools; Word, PowerPoint, and high-level proficiency in Excel.
Planning, time management and organizational skills.
A strong working knowledge of professional services.
