General Description of Job Function or Purpose

IQVIA is hiring a Sr. Analyst - Government Pricing Operations for our Contract Performance Solutions (CPS) Team. This position reports to the Manager, CPS Government Pricing Operations. The role involves supporting government pricing services for our life science and medical device clients, ensuring timely delivery of the IQVIA CPS Government Pricing service on a monthly and quarterly basis. Collaboration with colleagues across IQVIA's Market Access Center of Excellence and CPS is essential. This position can be fully remote, with residency in the same country as the job location required.

Education & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or finance, or 5+ years supporting a U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturer in Finance or Contracts & Pricing.
• Knowledge of U.S. pharmaceutical government programs legislation, including CMS, Public Law, Federal Supply Schedule, Medicaid, Medicare, PHS/340B, and State programs, with experience in enrollment and contract procedures.
• Experience in developing and documenting pharmaceutical government pricing policies and SOPs for compliance.
• Proficiency in GP calculations such as AMP, BP, URA, ASP, NFAMP, FCP, IFF, PHS/340B ceiling prices, and State program pricing, with experience in requirements definition, UAT, and implementation.
• Understanding bundling, discount reallocation, price protection, data validation, and ledger reconciliation.
• Competence in trend analysis, variance documentation, and monitoring State Price Transparency Reporting (SPTR).
• Self-starter with initiative, fluent in MS Office, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed (5-10%).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver all Government Pricing calculations to meet service level agreements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Ensure compliance with client policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate across functions including MA Center of Excellence and CPS.

Additional Beneficial Skills

• Knowledge of SQL or data aggregation tools.
• CPA Certification.

The estimated annual base pay range is $98,200 - $163,600, with actual offers varying based on qualifications, location, and other factors. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may apply.
