Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field or four years related IT experience.
• At least 3 years hands-on IT support with CSOSA-relevant products listed.
• 4+ years writing documentation, manuals or training materials.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop Support to government users.
• Respond to IT incidents escalated by Tier 1.
• Create and manage tickets with customers on-site or by phone.
• Maintain logs in a clear, professional manner.
• Manage customer relationships from incident to resolution.
• Meet SLA commitments per Service Level Management Plan.
• Develop permanent resolutions for recurring problems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, AD, Office, VPN, 2FA and MDM products.
• Deploy hardware and software; escalate to Tier 3 when needed.
• Assist with asset management and SOP creation.
