• Experience in logistics billing or related financial coordination.
• Familiarity with freight billing processes and carrier payable reconciliation.
• Experience with TMS platforms, customer portals, or ERP/accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and submit accurate invoices to government customers.
• Apply incoming payments to open invoices in a timely manner.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and short payments.
• Coordinate with operations and carrier partners to obtain missing documentation.
• Close out shipments in the TMS and maintain accurate records.
