BlueGrace Group seeks an On-Site Coordinator for Government Services in Jersey City, NJ to manage trailer pools and coordinate carrier subcontractors on site. You will ensure compliance with government contracts, maintain accurate records, and serve as the primary on-site escalation point for service issues.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or yard management.
• Hands-on familiarity with trailer pool management and on-site freight coordination.
• Ability to work independently on-site with strong accountability.
• Proven ability to build relationships with carrier drivers, dispatch and facility staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; accurate reporting and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain real-time inventory of trailers in the Jersey City pool and track status, location and assignments.
• Coordinate trailer movements, staging and yard activity to meet outbound needs.
• Conduct audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Monitor trailer dwell times and address idle equipment with carriers.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for carrier subcontractors and communicate schedule changes.
