Job summary

VIAVI Solutions, LLC is seeking a proactive Contract Analyst to support Government, Aerospace, and Defense contracts. You will coordinate customer information requests, maintain bid documentation, and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance and timely responses.

The role reports to the GAD Contract Manager and requires US person status under ITAR. Role accommodates office or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong research and analytical skills to gather relevant information and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR procurement regulations and norms.
• Understanding of US Government and US Department of War procurement expectations.
• Experience with CRM or bid management tools is advantageous.
• Fluency in writing and reading English, other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide accurate responses to a variety of customer inquiries.
• Maintain and manage government portals and bid documentation libraries.
• Liaise with Sustainability, IT Security, Legal to gather required data.
• Prepare and submit documentation and assist with government invoicing as required.
• Interface with Government customers and agencies regarding solicitation and contract status.
• Track bid timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
