Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• At least one professional designation such as CPA, CFE or CFA.
• Knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory and statutory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, SCLS, DBA/DBRA, IRA, etc.).
• Experience in client-facing environments and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, and analyze financial/operational data.
• Develop practical recommendations for compliance, pricing, cost accounting, and contract administration.
• Assist clients with audits, controls improvement, and process optimization.
