Job summary

You will verify information, create sales orders, initiate reviews, and coordinate across functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, contracts experience, and ERP familiarity; 4-day workweek with possibilities for OT and a salary of $60,000–$70,000 annually,

Qualifications

• Associates degree with at least five years of related experience; BA preferred.
• Fluent in Syteline or ERP systems and Microsoft applications.
• Experience in contracts administration and project coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Manufacturing environment knowledge and admin recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary account contact for US government and customers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with stakeholders.
• Track renewals, expirations, and deadlines.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and program documentation.
• Ensure compliance and generate reports for management.
• Maintain records, procedures, and training materials.
• Identify process improvements to boost effectiveness.
• Manage day-to-day operations and milestones.
