Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a contracts administrator to support the sales team from placement through completion. You will work with account managers, supply chain, accounting, manufacturing plants, and product management to resolve customer issues and meet needs.

You will maintain contracts, process orders, schedule deliveries, adjust balances, and provide after-hours support on a rotating basis, with occasional travel to customer sites and production facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills for internal and external relations.
• Organizational, administrative, and task-management skills.
• Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills; able to exercise independent judgment within guidelines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; ability to learn SAP and CF software.

Responsibilities

• Complete contract maintenance, order creation, delivery schedules, balance adjustments, and related duties.
• Maintain thorough communication with internal and external customers.
• Use internal systems to create orders, issue credits/debits, adjust inventory, and review customer data.
• Assist with dispute approvals, customer concerns, fee adjustments, and contract changes.
• Serve as main contact for changes on customer accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to meet customer expectations.
• Learn CF’s business, production capabilities, trends, and product markets.
• Travel to meet customers and visit facilities; rotate after-hours support.
